Fooki is a vintage industrial noodle bar located in Aiea, Hawaii. The name Fooki comes from the Chinese character "福" and "囍". Foo "福" means blessing, represents we are blessed to have a great team working here, and given the opportunity to serve the foods & drinks we love to the people in Hawaii. Ki "囍" stands for double happiness. Our Fookiology is to amplify happiness by delivering our customers not only comfort foods but also good service. Our menu features a variety of nostalgic Asian style foods and special-tea drinks with a western twist in order to bring a new level of taste to your dining experience. Come down to eat with us and may Fooki double your happiness!

Our signature beef noodle soup is a must-try when you come to Fooki. The soup base is a 12hr simmered beef broth cooked with assorted vegetables and 20 spices. It comes with fresh noodles, topped with beef rib, shank, tendons, baby bok choy, and a tea-infused sweetheart egg. Please enjoy slurping!
